	Ladies and gentlemen, In the month of March 2010, we had the opportunity to see the results of last year´s cultural achievements, Ceský Lev, Anno, Thalia and TýTý prizes. In March we asked you, our clients, to assess the performance of Selectra Ltd in the year 2009. We sent a questionaire to 231 of our Czech and foreign customers and so far 69 responses have been returned. 	3600 Shipments
	On the last day of  March 2010 Selectra spol. s r.o.  checked, 3600 consingments, in total a turnover of 45.8 million CZK. Most were, as usual, road transport, LTL and FTL, as well as overseas shipments. We thank our customers, but also suppliers and the drivers.

	Babyboom by Selectra
	Due to Selectra Ltd. the birth rate in the Czech Republic increased a little, Kateřina Mužíková gave birth to son Ondra on 4th of February, Michael Tupec became the father of his new son Timotěj on February 28, our beloved customer Lukáš also has a new member in the family ,son Lukáš was born on March of 7th. And every day is increase in the sizeof the  family of Zuzana Kremlová is eagerly awaited– we will let you know! A celebration was held on Friday, March 5 in the Ozzy bar. All mothers and babies are fine. We are sending congratulations to mums and dads! 15th of March, 2010 6:21 pm, the expected complement: Zuzana Kremlová had a son Kubíček, 7 ½ ,pounds, 51 cm. Congratulations! The babyboom will continue, this year as Lucie Lankašová and Lenka Novakova will also become mothers, both at the end of this summer :-)

	2300 Shipments
	In January and February 2010, Selectra Ltd checked over 2300 consingments in total, with a turnover of 29.5 million CZK. Most were as usually road transport (partial consingments, whole-lorries), but also overseas shipments.The Pilsen branch managed to conclude a contract for logistics and storage of solar energy systems for significant clients.

	New office in DRESDEN
	Happy New Year! We are pleased to announce that on 4th of January 2010 Selectra opened its new branch in Dresden, Germany. 	Forwarder of the month
	At the beginning of December the assessment of internal competition was held. Selectra GmbH was declared as the best controller for the November 2009 contest, given that the results were very close, three winners were announced: Lucie Lankasová, Sarka Svarcova and Zuzana Kremlova. 	Delivery for Thomayer Hospital, Prague
	The company Selectra spol. s r.o. secured a supply of boiler Vitomax HS200 for Thomayer hospital in Prague. It was a quick and precise action. To transport boiler, 6 metres long , 2.85 wide and 3.15 m in height, it was necessary to provide a special form of transport. The term of loading was precisely determined on Saturday (November 14) at 8 o´clock in the morning, to ensure a smooth conversion of rebuilding, and to cause the least inconvenience to staff and patients.

	15th anniversary
	This year, was the 15th anniversary since Selectra Ltd was established, we celebrated with a small company of colleagues on Friday, 9 October 2009. We prepared  non-traditional competitions, for example one competition was the sack race (the second part of the race took place after dark, the route tackle was lit with burning torches), air rifle shooting at a solid target, croquet, there were different routes to suit different competitors, and petanque. The celebration included a barbecued delicacies, beer and wine. The weather was beautiful, but before midnight it turned very cold, so only the most hardy stayed. We thank all colleagues for attending :-)

	10.000 consigments
	We are glad to inform you that on Wednesday, 30 of September 2009, we conducted our 10,000th  shipment. The total turnover, carried out since the beginning of 2009 to this day reached nearly 150 million CZK, which is about 15-20% less than last year, but taking into account the overall economic situation in our country and in Europe, we consider it a good result. Thank all customers, but also to all suppliers for your co-operation.

	Oversized loads
	In the coming days, Selectra Ltd will provide transportation of an investment unit, the shipment is for Rolls Royce Energy Systems in Ohio, from central Czech, to the port of Antwerp. The consignment comprises of 21 items, the biggest pieces have a width of 2.98 m and height of 3.84 m. In the agenda it is planned for the shipment of seven other units for Petrogal Sines refinery, Portugal. Transportation of the units with widths 4.5 m and to 4.2 m high, will  take place according to the schedule in May and June 2010, transportation costs will be around 4 million CZK.

	Flood
	Decin, July 4, 2009 Saturday´s violent storm with torrential rain flooded the cellars, literally within a few minutes and the boiler room in our area. The entire ”event“ was very fast. 4 July 2009 around 14:30 a storm started with strong outbursts,the intersection of the ,streets J.S.Baara,  Zavodni and Ovocna  were flooded within ten minutes, when 3 channel drains were not enough to conceive the flowing rainwater. The water reached above 15 cm of the footpath, then found its way through the gate, to the building of Selectra Ltd., it was flooded around the building and penetrated into the building. Over time, the critical point, fortunately, managed to dam up. Muddy water began to roll into the cellar entrance, when the drains overflowed , which in such a short time flooded the buildings cellar. On the opposite side of the house, the water started breaking into the boiler room area, where after a quarter of an hour reached a the lowest point of about 70 cm. At that time, fortunately, the torrential rains had subsided. Around 16:30  the water managed to run out of  the boiler area, then the water sweep from the flooded basement and started to remove the silt that the water had brought. SIK.

	Trolley rides home
	In mid-December last year, we informed our readers that Selectra Ltd. sent a rail trolley to Libreville port, in the African Gabon. It was in Gabon for two months to carry out land surveying work and then return home on the Czech tracks. After it had done its mission, the trolley was, again placed on the flat rack, at the end of March 2009 in the Gabon by steamer MV Marienborg and conveyed to Antwerp, then on to the port of Hamburg, where on the 15th of May it was put on a special truck (it is 3.5 m high and 3 m wide) and got home alright. Now, the trolley is working  at home again in Hradec Kralove. On its round trip over the sea, she made an impressive 16,000 nautical miles. SiP

	5900 Shipments
	We announce, that since 1st Jan 09 Selectra Ltd. has provided 5900 shipments, with turnover aprox 3,42 mil. Euro. Most of the shipments were FTL and LTL europewide as before, oversea exports and also the share of oversized cargo has been increased yet again. Due to the global crisis we have noted the decrease aprox 15%. On the other hand our company has gained 15 new clients in this year. To all our clients Many thanks for good cooperation!!!

	Luxury kitchen to the Yekaterinburg
	Pilsen, June 2009: Selectra Ltd secured transport of luxury kitchen equipment of a new hotel in Ekaterinburk, worth over 400,000 Euro. General contractors, companies Gastromartin Praha, Selectra Ltd. secured the delivery of a dishes, refrigerators, stoves, deep freezers and other appliances from Italy, to the store in Rokycany. Also delivered were a collection of  domestic stainless steel furniture. After two weeks of storage, sub-assembly and customs clearance of the consignments, were dispatched  in three completely filled large trucks, which arrived in time from a distance of 3700 km in Yekaterinburg. 	Success on TL Munich 2009
	The probably biggest world´s transport and logistic fair in Munich had finished with the record of the exhibition area and the number of visitors with more than 47,500 trade visitors and 1760 exhibitors from 55 countries. "The attendance on TL Munich 2009 was a great success for our company"  says the managing director of Selectra Ltd, Dipl. Ing. Michal Tupec. We realized 150 appointments during four days, from scheduled meetings to occasional and spontaneus visits. Selectra team was composed of four salesmen and was in a small stand in the hall B5. „Due to our conversation I am sure that we will acquire a new business in the next few weeks or months, the same way as two years ago“ says Jaroslav Bilek, the commercial director Selectra Ltd. 	3500 Shipments
	Since 1st Jan 09 Selectra Ltd. has provided 3500 shipments! The complete turnover for this period was aprox 2,17 mil. Euro. Most of the shipments were FTL and LTL europewide again as before, oversea exports and also the share of oversized cargo has been increased yet again. The global crisis has not effected us significantly, the decrease was aprox 11 %. On the contrary our company has gained11 new clients through February and March  !!! (9 of which were gained in January alone !! see bellow). Many thanks to all our clients and partners!

	Fleet renewing
	Affiliated company Selectra Logistics Ltd. is renewing its rolling stock. In week 18 (week beg.28th April) we will take delivery of  three new 120 cbm vehicles. Furthermore, at the end of April we shall also be taking delivery of four new Mercedes Benz tow-cars. Safe journey !!!

	International Forwarding Selectra Ltd. reached the 23rd position in the rating of last year´s Czech edition Book of Lists „Top forwarders“.   Selectra Ltd. has been acting on the forwarder market in the Czech Republic since 1994. The company ensured more tha 14,5 thousand transports in the volume of ca 9,23 mil. Euro in the last year. FTL and LTL road transports all over Europe share mostly, followed by export- and import sea transports.   Selectra´s head office is in Decin, the branches in Prague and Pilsen, warehouses in Rokycany near Pilsen and Lovosice (on the highway Prague – Dresden). Selectra Ltd. provides at present time for 290 stable clients. Domestic companies make 60% of its clients and the rest are foreign companies, mainly from German-speaking countries.   The company passes every year sucessfully the quality audit, Selectra Ltd. has been certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard (the certificate copy - see www sites).   The economic recession which is spoken constantly for many weeks everywhere involved the decrease of the realized transports (16% less in January 09), on the other hand in January 09 Selectra Ltd. suceeded in getting for nine new clients:-)   We would like to thank to all our clients and partners for the co-operation!

	track measuring car to Africa
	Just like in a bed-time story about a choo-choo train: the track motor car started to move and is heading so far away up to Africa!   Selectra spol. s r.o. has loaded  a measuring track motor car in Hradec Kralove on Monday, 15.12. The track machine will carry out  measuring works in Gabon in Africa. It did not arrive to Hamburg port on its own axis but on a special truck because of the machine is more than 3,5 m high, almost 3 metres wide and weights 12,5 tons. So that clean up the permission, customs clearance and the machine could start its journey to the world! In the port of Hamburg it was reloaded on a 40´ flat rack container and one day before Christmas it started to sail to port Libreville in Gabon where it arrives in the middle of January 2009. After few months will Selectra secure its return back "home" to Hradec Kralove.

	LPL Final approval 29.04.
	The final approval of LPL - Logistics Park Lovosice has been successfully realized yesterday, April, 29. Two halls, with sixteen ramps, fully 12000 square metres of the stockyard plus 1100 square metres of the office facilities are in full operation. The second part of the project, a hall of 5000 square metres is being under construction, date of completion is expected on June, 2008.

	Water power plant for India
	The fourth and the last part of the shipment for the water power plant in India was shipped. All the loadings of this industrial unit from Czech Republic and from Germany were realized on good condition and the complete shipment is ready in the port of Hamburg for the shipping to India, which is expected on April, 26. Total value of the transported unit is 7,2 Mil. Euro.Selectra Ltd. arranged not only the transport, but also complete customs clearance and all risk insurance.

	Aircraft to Germany
	Rottweil, Germany. A day after Easter holidays, Selectra Ltd. arranged one very important transport of a dismantled aircraft from the Czech Republic to German airport Rottweil. Transport has been realized by truck, loaded on 25.03.2008. One day later the aircraft carried out its first flight. Airframe was 6,70 m long and 2,50 m wide plus 2 wings, each 4 m long.

	Norma, JIT delivery
	Between 13-14th of March Selectra Ltd. arranged pick-up and delivery of 35 pallets of consumer goods from Czech Republic to German chain Norma. Unloading took place at once at 9 Norma-warehouses. Next deal is going to be 115 palets with 33 unloading places , it will took place between 26-28th of March and this deal is for chain LIDL.

	Salivagu
	3-rd part of water powerstation. There are in full carrier preparations for export of the 3-rd part of shipment of waterpowerstation to India. Salivagu project will be loaded by Selectra Ltd. on 14-17th March in Czech Republic and Germany. Both parts will be shipped together from Hamburg.  Value of the shipment with precision engine equipment is more than 1,5  mil. Euro. Next similar shipment will be expected at the end of March. Hamburg, March 19th: All parts are in good condition ready in port of Hamburg for shipping on 21st of March!

	Automotive - new client
	Strakonice / Zilina.  Fezko a.s., leading European manufacturer of textile interiors for automotive industry, made a new agreement with Selectra Ltd, international forwarding company. Fezko a.s. asked Selectra Ltd. to manage all import deliveries for Fezko-plants in CZ Strakonice and SK Zilina. For Selectra Ltd. it means coordination of delivery time in accordance with production and suppliers possibilities, often with JIT. Selectra Ltd. except this completely arrange customs clearance for import shipments from Non-EU countries. Fezko a.s. decided to make this contract due tu flexibility of supplier and saving costs.

	Second part of Indian waterpowerstation moves
	Decin. Nowadays there are in progress inspections of the goods for pumping station Bhimganapuram for an Indian client. Loading in Czech Republic and Germany and customs clearance is taken care by Selectra Ltd. in accordance the fact, that all parts of shipment would meet in Port of Hamburg. Than they will be shipped to Nhava Sheva.

	Pilsen. Oversized bridge successfully delivered! An oversized bridge 4,4 m wide, 12,6 m long, 12 tons was successfully delivered by Selectra Ltd. on November 27th. Transport was from gravel-pit Novy Knin to the left bank of Uslava-river in Pilsen city part Lobzy.

	Lovosice, the LPL opening is coming
	Lovosice/Czech Rep.  The construction work at the logistics center LPL is drawing to a close. According to the most recent information, all construction on the 12.327 sqm should be complete by September 2007. Final inspection will take place at the beginning of October 2007.The second hall of 4000 sqm will be complete in April 2008.

	2007 Praha–Dresden The supporting walls structure of hall 01 and 02 has being finished. The administrative section has a complete foundation and supporting walls on the periphery are also complete to the height of the 1st floor. The watersupply has been connected. The construction is on schedule.

	DCI MySite Supports Selectra Company´s Expansion
	DCI MySite - internal logistics management system will control logistics processes in a new warehouse of the Czech logistics business. Pilsen, May 4, 2007: The Selectra Company, a provider of logistics, transport and warehousing services has opted for a new information system that ensures the management of internal logistics processes. DCI MySite system by Aimtec has won the tender. It is going to support and control all logistics processes in the new storage area in the Lovosice industry zone. The DCI MySite logistics system employing goods and storage location identification technology based on bar codes will support all storage processes, from goods receipt, recording to final picking and shipping exactly according to specific requirements of customers and different branches. The main motive for implementing the DCI MySite system is to achieve exact and actual overview of warehouse stock balance, and hence to increase the quality of warehousing services significantly.

	LOGISTICS PARK LOVOSICE!
	CZ/LOVOSICE: The build-up of the logistic center in the industrial area Lovosice started on 12.02.2007! All the operation is implemented by the company LPL, Logistic park lovosice s.r.o. The new logistics center will be built and put into operation in August, 2007. The total area of the warehouse is 12.120 m2, with inside height 10,5 m. The center is situated near the exit of the motorway D8 Praha - A17 Dresden in the industrial area Lovosice close to the Japanese factories Tokai Rika, Tris a Ayoama. 	Semiannual results
	Selectra effected nearly ten thousand shipments (9.781) in the volume of abt 5,25 mil. Euro in the first half-year. The share of the shipments is nearly the same as in the last year, quasi FTL plus LTL shipments Europe 70%, oversea FCL and LCL export cargo makes the rest. Air cargo noted unexpected increase. 32.422 kgs of the goods has been transported in the first half of the year in total.

	Fleet expansion
	Our affiliated company Selectra Logistics Ltd. extended the rolling stock  by one MEGA trailer und two trailers, 13,6m tilt at the end of July 2006. The company disposes with 16 full trucks generally, next extention will come by the end of August 2006. All the trucks provide services for Selectra only.

	Be kindly aware of the fact that our branch office in Plzen has expanded. Mr. Miroslav Jung is  a new sales manager in Plzen. Mr. Jung will substitute Mr. Bretislava Kopriva, who left the company after six years because of (his) other activities.   Selectra Ltd. has strengthened offices Prague and Plzen. Mr. Jiri Blazek (jiri.blazek@selectra.cz) became a sales manager for Praha on 26th June 2006. Ing. Vaclav Seda (vaclav.seda@selectra.cz) started his activities in Plzen on 12th June, 2006. Mr. Seda will take care of the devolepment and the implementation of the logistic solutions.   Following personal changes have happened in the company: Mrs. Kristyna Bejckova-Starova left for a matternity leave. Mr. Josef Gruber (josef.gruber@selectra.cz) became a Key Account Manager instead of Kristyna. Two young ladies were hired into the team of the truck department - Mrs Hana Smrzova (hana.smrzova@selectra.cz) and Mrs Hana Vandasova (hana.vandasova@selectra.cz).

	Logistics in praktice
	Selectra Ltd has been changing into a new logistic company. The company invested in a new Information- and Communication Technology (see the economic newspaper Hospodarske Noviny from 02/06/2006: http://hn.ihned.cz/3-18589490-selectra-500000_d-81) The preliminary studies for the Logistic Center build up in the Industrial Zone Lovosice near the highway D8 Prague-Dresden were finished. Our new Logistic Expert was hired into our team. Next investments will be planned for the extension of the rolling stock. The total investment will exceed the amount of 6.8 Mil. EUR.

	3000 shipments
	In the first two months of 2006 Selectra, International Forwarding, processed almost 3000 shipments. Most of which were FTL and LTL shipments (69%) on the Czecf-Germany lanes bases, FTL Ocean Export and Import represent 15,5% whereas LTL Ocean Export and Import represent 9,5%. Ocean shipments are mostly arranged on a dooor-to-door bases, which means that Selectra not only looks after the delivery to the CFR port, but also the customs clearance and local delivery to the final consignee. The remaining percentage is represented by combined and air freight transportation. Logistics: Our Rokycany warehouse has handled over 3900 pallets and 1910 tons since the begining of 2006. All cargo being expedited from Rokycany warehouse is time sensitive and must be delivered on a specific date and time all over Germany.

	2 new mega trucks
	Our sister company, Selectra logistics, has purchased and put into operation two new trailers. Specification: Schmitz Trailer Lowdeck, length 13,62m, width 2,55m, height 3,00m equipped with sliding roof, loading limit 25 tons. Our own fleet contains with 13 trucks - 5 Road Trains 120 cbm, 5 Special Trailers with inside height 3,30m, 3 Lowdeck Trailers. In addition we operate 16 subcontrancted trucks and furthermore we have approx. 120 trucks at our disposal to our partners. 150 trucks altogether can be provided at any time.

	Qualitätsprüfung gem. ISO 9001:2000
	Am 22. und 23. Spetember 2005 erfolgt in Selectra GmbH Audit der ISO 9001:2000 Normen durch prager Büro RW TÜV Essen. Selectra GmbH ist seit Mai 1999, eine der ersten zertifizierten Speditionsgesellschaften geworden. Qualitätsmanagementsystem wurde jedes Jahr mit Zensur "sehr gut" klassifiziert.

	11.000 shipments
	Selectra Ltd. handled 11 thousand shipments from the begining of the year. Among others LTL- and FTL shipments europewide was dispatched  in August an export consignment of 21 x 40´ ctrs steelproducts, total 497 tonnes from CZ to Far East. Selectra has been expecting a lot of work in this and next month - a new SW BIZ4Logistic will be set up on 01.09.2005. A traditional meeting with our customers will take place in Bowling Club Hotel on 09.09. and also an audit ISO 9001:2000, which will be audited by the company RW TÜV, is planned by the end of September.

	8.000 Shipments
	Selectra would like to inform its partners that in May 2005 the transport of together 1.597 consignments have been arranged. To this number belongs both the parcel with the weight og 19 kgs from Canda to Usti nad Labem and the transport of 1.960 pallets carried out with 62 trucks from the Czech Republic to Germany. Since the beginning of this year till today Selectra has arranged transport of 8.000 consignment.

	Experience with J-I-T delivery
	Rokycany (Pilsen). We successful managed to arrange trucking, warehousing and dispatch of 1.960 pallets with catalogues. All 62 trucks reached 23 customers all over the German republic just-in-time on Tuesday morning at 5 o´clock. Warehousing and labeling was done in Selectra Logistic´s warehouse in Rokycany.

	Success on Trade Fair in Munich
	Our participation at Transport and Logistic Fair in Munich is considered to be very successful. It took place between the 31. of May and the 3. of June. The representation of Czech companies was on the fourth biggest place. We would like to thank to the 95 companies which visited our stand . During four days we got in touch with many interesting companies, furthermore several new order was agreed. We would like to to thank to the Selectra team which took care of our stand during fair-days as well.

	All vehicles fully operational
	We can announce with pleasure that Selectra´s truck fleet has been complete. Selectra Logistics Ltd. has put ten trucks into operation this year. Five of them are special semi-trailer units used for transporting of standing paper-rolls and five of them are high-capacity megatrailers with 120 cbm. We believe this equipment will help us to make our customers fully successful with our services. Furthermore we wish "gute Fahrt" to our drivers.

	Selectra on 26. place
	According to the research of the economic magazine "Profit" placed Selectra on the 26. place in evaluation of forwarding companies. With the turnover of 298 mil. CZK Selectra is not on the same level as large forwarding concerns. But among other companies (output pro head) belongs Selectra with 27 employees to the first ten. The aim of Selectra´s management is to reach first TOP 15 next year.

	452 tons to Far East
	Kaohsiung. At the end of February, Selectra arranged transport of 451.980 kgs of steel products from the Czech Republic to Taiwan, Kaohsiung. Before transporting it was neccesary to prepare everything for loading and stuffing of the goods into sea-containers. Our combined-transports department ensured insurance and issuing of ocean Bills of lading exactly according to the L/C conditions. Both loading and shipping proceeded without having any problems. This transport showed that Selectra became the reliable provider also in the field of complete industrial plants and break-bulk cargo etc...

	Warehousing Rokycany (Pilsen)
	Our employees in warehouse in Rokycany started working non-stop operation (three-shift-operation). We decided to make this step to meet requirements of our customer which prefers dispatch of goods late in the night. Threre were also made several repairs (new road surface, social facilities) to improve working environment for workers and drivers. It cost more than half mil. CZK.
